Talk of mental health and wellbeing amongst young people dominates the education agenda. But with funding taking a serious squeeze, how can organisations support schools to give greater focus to this?
We created the Nuffield Wellbeing Workshops to support students to learn about the small changes they can make in their everyday lives to have a positive impact on their physical and mental health and wellbeing.
With two options for Key Stage 3 and 4, the workshops get students talking to each other about the real issues they’re facing and provide them with practical skills and tips to apply inside and outside the school gates.
