Sam has 25 years of education and marketing experience, including extensive time working on many government behaviour change campaigns, as well as roles at Saatchi & Saatchi, DfE and COI. She leads on Hopscotch’s growth and development and works strategically across Shell, E.ON, DfE, Met Office, Barclays and Tech Partnership. Helping to transform the lives of young people is a passion and she is so proud that Hopscotch achieves that every day.
Spanning a career of over 25 years, Julie brings her experience as a primary teacher with her publishing, design and marketing expertise gained at Marks & Spencer to create first class education programmes. She leads on the development of high-profile creative campaigns for Barclays, John Lewis Partnership, WWF, Siemens, Marks & Spencer, BBC, DfT and HS2. Julie is passionate about creating stand out programmes fuelled by imagination and insight.
Tiffany has over 17 years’ experience in education, marketing and behaviour change. As well as overseeing operations at Hopscotch, Tiffany directs LifeSkills created with Barclays and is immensely proud of the role her team plays in the programme’s impact on young people. Building on her work on Hopscotch’s public sector accounts, she is excited by the opportunities presented by securing a place on the new government agency framework.
Ed works across John Lewis, HS2, DfT and IGD which is exactly what he loves about working at Hopscotch – immersing himself in a variety of businesses, supporting them to deliver initiatives which meet business goals, as well as education needs. He firmly believes a robust and rounded experience of education is the best way to have long-term positive impact on young people and their futures.
Jenny is passionate about developing impactful award-winning campaigns that make a real difference to young people. Leading on marketing and PR at Hopscotch, she manages this for LifeSkills created with Barclays and BAFTA, as well as directing The Great War Debate for DfE. She has extensive experience managing communications campaigns, organising nationwide events, creating compelling education content, delivering in-depth research and more – making every day different and rewarding!
Hannah has risen up the ranks from intern to where she is now, and hasn’t looked back since! She supports the running of Shell’s schools’ STEM programme The Bright Ideas Challenge, as well as LifeSkills created with Barclays and loves how her role allows her to see the real and meaningful impact these projects can have on individuals and communities.
Katie leads the business development at Hopscotch, establishing relationships with corporates, charities and managing work through the government roster. She has over twenty years’ experience across a range of business sectors and major brands, including Virgin, Barclays, NEC, Visa, NatWest and the International Tennis Federation. Having begun her career in financial services marketing, Katie then spent six years in sports marketing and sponsorship.
Becky combines a passion for education with experience of delivering meaningful employability projects to young people, having managed partnerships with organisations to raise young people's aspirations. She currently leads on HS2’s primary school programme and works with LifeSkills created with Barclays to expand reach, engaging with teachers and providing advice on the education landscape. She is also chair of governors at a primary school in East London.
Jas is a leading STEM expert and manages Shell, Siemens and Tomorrow’s Engineers education programmes. She has an MSc in Environmental Sustainability at the University of Edinburgh where she specialised in behaviour change, communications and sustainable development. Being creative and working closely with clients to develop exciting and impactful programmes for young people is what powers those pedals on her daily cycle to work!
Mary has extensive events experience and is the project manager for Siemens and Make the Future Live for Shell. Passionate about improving the lives of young people, Mary is particularly interested in tackling social inclusion and has previously delivered high profile diversity initiatives. She enjoys going to spoken word events and finds they are a great way of developing emotional literacy and self-expression, which inspires her when developing new campaigns.
Jess graduated from Goldsmiths University with a First Class BA honours in Social and Cultural Anthropology. Her undergraduate dissertation focused on how narrative and storytelling shape us as humans. Her interest in storytelling was one of the reasons that she was attracted to Hopscotch. She is intrigued by the way in which the pitch to production process can be seen as a story in itself.
Louise manages all financial processes at Hopscotch and has over 20 years experience, having worked for HSBC Investment Management and at Coutts as an analyst.
Louise has been instrumental in the financial management of Hopscotch and through her expertise has helped to grow and develop a first-class business.
Beth takes the lead on education strategy, policy and landscape to inform campaigns, applying this to clients including The Co-operative, Barclays, BBC, Marks & Spencer, the Met Office, E.ON and the RNLI. A former teacher, she remains active in education as a secondary school governor. Working at Hopscotch allows her to realise her passion to create meaningful opportunities for teachers and young people through brilliantly diverse clients.
Natasha joined Hopscotch as an intern and now works across DfT, RNLI and John Lewis. Having been a Scout in her teenage years and volunteering as an adult member with the Association, Natasha knows what impact positive experiences and leadership can have on young people. These experiences in the youth sector, mixed with her advertising degree, led her to working at Hopscotch.
Ellie works across a range of clients including HS2, Shell, Kellogg’s and DfE. She has an MSc in Environment, Culture and Society with Distinction from the University of Edinburgh, alongside a First Class Honours degree in BSc Geography from the University of Bristol. Most recently, Ellie worked at Marks & Spencer within their Plan A sustainability team and was a news and politics intern for the BBC, after becoming NCTJ qualified in 2012.
A communications expert, Iona works on Lifeskills created with Barclays and DfT’s road safety education programme. She honed her communication skills in the PR industry, co-ordinating high profile campaigns, including National Apprenticeship Week, World Mental Health Day and DfE’s campaign ‘Together, we can tackle abuse’. Her passion for education was first inspired by teaching at a school in Uganda during a year out before university.
Nina has over 20 years’ consumer and corporate PR and copywriting experience and has worked with brands and organisations as diverse as Microsoft, Flybe, TOMY, ChildLine and Visa to help bring their stories to life. At Hopscotch, she leads on developing PR campaigns, amplifying the impact and reach of education programmes through media outreach across digital, national, regional and education media.
Jo loves working on projects which help clients deliver social change, and inspire and raise the aspirations of young people. She has a passion for building strong partnerships and is always looking for new ways to connect ideas, clients and educational outcomes.
She is responsible for quality management throughout the lifecycle of each project and is the strategy contact for clients such as Shell, WWF and Tomorrow’s Engineers.

Ellen is a strategic thinker with extensive experience in developing and coordinating education campaigns. Starting her career as a primary teacher, she has since led education programmes for organisations like Childnet, DfE-funded Kidscape and the Design Museum.
Working with Hopscotch, she combines an in-depth understanding of teaching, with her passion for inspiring positive change in the learning environment.
