Education programmes and campaigns
The compelling marketing and CSR campaigns we create here at Hopscotch are very strong on educational integrity.
Everything we do, from concept through to creative development, marketing and delivery, is aimed at inspiring people to learn, whether in school or in their communities.
It’s crucial to get the balance right
The educational input of a project is only one side of the story, though. It needs to be married with the appropriate level of sensitive communication and marketing for use in schools and wider community groups – and that’s where Hopscotch’s experience is invaluable.
Our communications campaigns can include:
-
Education resources and lesson plans
-
Whole-school activities and campaigns
-
Games and interactive whiteboard games
-
Assembly presentations
-
Fundraising campaigns
-
Competitions
-
Community programmes
-
PR campaigns through schools
Communications and school recruitment
As well as creating the educational content for your programme, Hopscotch will also put together a robust communications plan to support the take-up and use of your resources or campaigns.
We market to schools and other groups in the community through a mix of media – everything from PR to digital – to ensure school, community, teacher and pupil engagement.
And, of course, to make sure your target group connects fully with your programme, communication will always be ongoing, whether it’s by means of a competition, workshops, assemblies, visits, special events or out-of-classroom learning opportunities.
We develop:
-
Recruitment campaigns to drive school sign-ups
-
Activation campaigns to make sure schools engage with your programme thoroughly
-
Education PR campaigns to engage teachers, unions, governors and professional education bodies
-
Consumer PR campaigns to reach young people, parents and families
Sponsorship and partnership marketing
To generate additional funding and add credibility and further marketing opportunities for your campaign, Hopscotch has all the credentials you need to secure the most suitable sponsors and partners.
We know exactly which organisations are interested in education and we’ll explore every avenue to secure support from partners in, for example, national and local government, relevant charities and other companies, weaving them into a bespoke sponsorship package for you.
We create:
-
Sponsorship strategies
-
Fundraising campaigns
-
Sponsorship proposals
-
Marketing partnership campaigns
Events
As part of your community communications project, Hopscotch can create an event concept and run it for you.
This could be anything from an experiential event in schools (like a drama tour or curriculum-related workshops) to bespoke staff training programmes.
To give you a good example of what we do, we ran The Co-operative’s Green Schools Revolution Live events programme, which involved getting over 6,000 young people along to exciting eco-activity days in 11 science and discovery centres up and down the UK.
