Sam has worked in communications for 30 years specialising in behaviour change campaigns with a focus on creating social impact through education. Sam has worked closely with the agency’s top 25 clients advising on education policy, strategic comms and creating lasting programmes with impact and purpose. Helping to transform the lives of young people is a passion and she is so proud that Hopscotch achieves that every day.
Julie has combined her experience as a primary teacher with her marketing and communications expertise to create some of the UK’s leading education programmes with impact. She is passionate about the development of stand-out programmes fuelled by imagination and insight to inspire young people, change behaviours and create opportunities for the future.
Deputy Managing Director
Tiffany has over 20 years’ experience in education, marketing and behaviour change. She oversees client services, agency partnerships and our role on the CCS Framework. She has managed high profile campaigns in both private and public sector include LifeSkills created with Barclays, THINK! Road Safety for DfT. She is immensely proud of the role Hopscotch plays in creating impact in education.
Finance & Operations Director
Louise manages all financial processes at Hopscotch and oversees operations. She has over 20 years experience of working in the financial industry. Louise has been instrumental in the financial management of Hopscotch and through her expertise has helped to grow and develop a first-class thriving business.
Jenny has been with Hopscotch since 2015 and has extensive experience in creating and marketing award-winning education programmes. She is passionate about working with businesses to develop initiatives that are grounded in insight, inspire action and deliver impact. In her spare time, she volunteers with a local charity that provides training and jobs for refugees.
Becky has more than ten years’ experience in the UK education sector, delivering impactful programmes that go beyond the traditional curriculum. She loves being able to partner with organisations to make a real difference to young people’s skills, aspirations and wellbeing. Her expertise includes in curriculum and content development, social responsibility strategy and stakeholder engagement.
Jas is a leading STEM expert and manages Shell, Siemens and Tomorrow’s Engineers education programmes. She has an MSc in Environmental Sustainability at the University of Edinburgh where she specialised in behaviour change, communications and sustainable development. Being creative and working closely with clients to develop exciting and impactful programmes for young people is what powers those pedals on her daily cycle to work!
Senior Account Director
Ed works across LifeSkills created with Barclays, Health Education England, HS2 and DP World. This is exactly what he loves about working at Hopscotch – immersing himself in a variety of businesses, supporting them to deliver initiatives which meet business goals, industry strategies as well as learner needs. He firmly believes private and public sectors can add value and have a long-term positive impact on young people, adults and the wider community in every aspect.
Becky works across a range of clients at Hopscotch, leading on the GSK STEM Education programme and a new video-led digital platform for Sport England. She has extensive experience in digital and marketing education-focused campaigns, having previously worked on a number of high profile youth programmes covering STEM, citizenship and health and wellbeing, including with the British Olympic and Paralympic Association and It's a Monthly Thing.
Hannah has risen up the ranks from intern, and hasn’t looked back! She heads up Shell’s STEM competition, The Bright Ideas Challenge, supports the running of LifeSkills created with Barclays, and is leading the launch of a flagship educator wellbeing programme for Bupa. She loves getting creative with her projects and seeing the impact her work can have on individuals and their communities.
Sophie has a passion for raising young people’s education and career aspirations and has worked extensively across a range of schools’ programmes to achieve this. Prior to joining Hopscotch, she managed apprenticeship programmes for the John Lewis Partnership. Now working across LifeSkills created with Barclays and our work for The Gatsby Foundation she loves seeing first-hand the positive impact these programmes have on young people and their families.
Senior Account Manager
Stephanie began her career in communications in the Australian publishing and events industries, before moving to London in 2017. She has previously worked on integrated campaigns for clients including World Book Day and The London Book Fair. At Hopscotch, she brings a passion for science and literacy to work for GSK, Bupa and LifeSkills created with Barclays.
Senior Account Manager
Clémence has a background in PR and Communications, within sustainability and CSR. She is passionate about delivering impactful campaigns to drive behavioural change and making a difference to young people’s lives. At Hopscotch, she works across GSK STEM Education, Shell’s STEM competition and the Gatsby Foundation career programme.
Senior Account Executive
Before joining Hopscotch, Eleanor taught English in Germany, worked as a Widening Participation ambassador at Bristol University and interned at the Young Westminster Foundation. Since securing a first class honours degree in History, Eleanor has enjoyed bringing her passion for education to projects including Bupa and LifeSkills created with Barclays.
Abi manages the operations at Hopscotch and covers HR, facilities, office and IT management. She also has a background in PR, with over 20 years’ experience working on a broad range of consumer brand campaigns. In her role in the agency, she is able to utilise both her operations and PR expertise.
Katie leads the business development at Hopscotch, establishing relationships with corporates, charities and managing work through the government roster. She has over twenty years’ experience across a range of business sectors and major brands, including Virgin, Barclays, NEC, Visa, NatWest and the International Tennis Federation. Having begun her career in financial services marketing, Katie then spent six years in sports marketing and sponsorship.
Nina has over 20 years’ consumer and corporate PR and copywriting experience and has worked with brands and organisations as diverse as Microsoft, Flybe, TOMY, ChildLine and Visa to help bring their stories to life. At Hopscotch, she leads on developing PR campaigns, amplifying the impact and reach of education programmes through media outreach across digital, national, regional and education media.
Strategic & Creative Associate
Ellen is a strategic thinker with extensive experience in developing and coordinating education campaigns. Starting her career as a primary teacher, she has since led education programmes for organisations like Childnet, DfE-funded Kidscape and the Design Museum.
Working with Hopscotch, she combines an in-depth understanding of teaching, with her passion for inspiring positive change in the learning environment.
Jill is an education sector research expert with extensive experience conducting focus groups and running online forums with young people and engaging with a diverse audience of secondary school students to provide insight for the Gatsby Foundation.
Jill is a member of the Market Research Society (MRS), the Independent Consultants Group and has completed MRS-accredited training to become an Advanced Qualitative Practitioner.
