GSK appointed Hopscotch to breathe life into their existing STEM education resources and draw together diverse strands of activity into a full programme strategy, which aims to inspire the next generation who will deliver the innovative ideas of the future.
Hopscotch developed the programme strategy, narrative and learning journey around the concept of building STEM Capital for the target audience. This approach translated into a new digital platform and new and updated resources, covering all aspects of the KS3 STEM curriculum from real world statistics and exploring the concept of inclusive design, to investigating the science of exercise and building your own healthcare app.
In response to COVID-19, we have highlighted key resources that are suitable for remote learning, plus are working on a suite of fun, hands-on activities that are easy for parents and students to follow at home.

We’re delighted with our STEM education programme and the new resources. We’ve already had some great feedback. Hopscotch managed a complex build and very tight deadlines. We continue to build on the platform we created together and can’t wait to see how it develops over the coming months.Lucy Waterman - GSK STEM Education
