Sam has 25 years of education and marketing experience, including extensive time working on many government behaviour change campaigns, as well as roles at Saatchi & Saatchi, DfE and COI. She leads on Hopscotch’s growth and development and works strategically across Shell, E.ON, DfE, Met Office, Barclays and Tech Partnership. Helping to transform the lives of young people is a passion and she is so proud that Hopscotch achieves that every day.
Spanning a career of over 25 years, Julie brings her experience as a primary teacher with her publishing, design and marketing expertise gained at Marks & Spencer to create first class education programmes. She leads on the development of high-profile creative campaigns for Barclays, John Lewis Partnership, WWF, Siemens, Marks & Spencer, BBC and DfT. Julie is passionate about creating stand out programmes fuelled by imagination and insight.
Tiffany has over 17 years’ experience in education, marketing and behaviour change. She directs LifeSkills created with Barclays and is immensely proud of the role her team plays in the programme’s impact on young people. Building on her work on Hopscotch’s public sector accounts, she is excited by the opportunities presented by securing a place on the new government agency framework.
Tarin has over 11 years of experience working on award-winning behaviour change campaigns and programmes with government, NGOs and corporates across Europe and Africa. She is a youth communications specialist and led an NGO running digital learning programmes for young people across the continent for clients such as Facebook, Girl Effect and the British Council. Tarin loves working with audiences to build campaigns and programmes that make a tangible impact.
Finance & Operations Director
Louise manages all financial processes at Hopscotch and oversees operations. She has over 20 years experience, having worked for HSBC Investment Management and at Coutts as an analyst.
Louise has been instrumental in the financial management of Hopscotch and through her expertise has helped to grow and develop a first-class business.
Katie leads the business development at Hopscotch, establishing relationships with corporates, charities and managing work through the government roster. She has over twenty years’ experience across a range of business sectors and major brands, including Virgin, Barclays, NEC, Visa, NatWest and the International Tennis Federation. Having begun her career in financial services marketing, Katie then spent six years in sports marketing and sponsorship.
Jane has worked across a wide range of industries; including Law, Retail and the Charitable sector, as well as in Higher Education and IT. She’s also a Pilates teacher!
As Office Manager, she aims to build upon the already happy, creative, professional environment for the Hopscotch team.
Jane’s drive and determination has also powered her through her international triathlon career, representing GB at Age Group World Championships.
Jenny is passionate about developing impactful award-winning campaigns that make a real difference to young people. Leading on marketing and PR at Hopscotch, she manages this for LifeSkills created with Barclays and BAFTA, as well as directing The Great War Debate for DfE. She has extensive experience managing communications campaigns, organising nationwide events, creating compelling education content, delivering in-depth research and more – making every day different and rewarding!
Becky has over ten years’ experience in the education sector, delivering impactful programmes for learners of all ages that go beyond the traditional curriculum. She loves partnering with big brands and public sector organisations to make a difference to young people’s skills, aspirations and wellbeing. Becky works on LifeSkills created with Barclays, developing content and expanding reach, as well as leading on Bupa’s teacher wellbeing programme and RSPCA’s Compassionate Class.
Jas is a leading STEM expert and manages Shell, Siemens and Tomorrow’s Engineers education programmes. She has an MSc in Environmental Sustainability at the University of Edinburgh where she specialised in behaviour change, communications and sustainable development. Being creative and working closely with clients to develop exciting and impactful programmes for young people is what powers those pedals on her daily cycle to work!
Ed works across John Lewis, DfT and IGD which is exactly what he loves about working at Hopscotch – immersing himself in a variety of businesses, supporting them to deliver initiatives which meet business goals, as well as education needs. He firmly believes a robust and rounded experience of education is the best way to have long-term positive impact on young people and their futures.
Becky works across a range of clients including GSK, DfE and Vodafone. She has extensive experience in digital and marketing education-focused campaigns, having previously worked on a number of high profile youth programmes covering STEM, citizenship and health and wellbeing, including with the British Olympic and Paralympic Association. Most recently, Becky worked at It’s a Monthly Thing as Head of Education and Brand Manager for their teen period products.
Hannah has risen up the ranks from intern to where she is now, and hasn’t looked back since! She supports the running of Shell’s schools’ STEM programme The Bright Ideas Challenge, as well as LifeSkills created with Barclays and loves how her role allows her to see the real and meaningful impact these projects can have on individuals and communities.
Sophie has a passion for raising young people’s education and career aspirations and has worked extensively across a range of schools’ programmes to achieve this. Prior to joining Hopscotch, she managed apprenticeship programmes for the John Lewis Partnership. Now working across LifeSkills created with Barclays, the RNLI and IGD, she loves seeing first-hand the positive impact these education programmes have on young people.
Stephanie began her career in PR and communications in the Australian publishing and events industries, before moving to London in 2017. Here she has worked on PR and communications campaigns for clients including book prizes, high profile writers, National Poetry Day and The London Book Fair. A lifelong passion for literacy and education, and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Melbourne, has led her to join Hopscotch, where she works across Shell and LifeSkills created with Barclays.
Jack du Pille
Jack has specialised in educational marketing and sales for over 7 years at global businesses including Merlin Entertainments and KidZania. A keen rugby player and coach, Jack is inspired by playing a part in student educational enrichment. He has extensive experience planning multi-channel campaigns engaging teachers in UK schools and colleges. He now supports Health Education England, LifeSkills created with Barclays and Shell in delivering their programmes.
Pippa joined Hopscotch as an intern and now works on programmes for Tomorrow’s Engineers, TFL and RSPCA. She graduated with a First Class BA honours degree from University of York, where she focused on the impact mental health and wellbeing has on young people. Bringing experience of education systems in South Africa, Australia and New Zealand, Pippa is passionate about developing campaigns that endeavour to broaden the horizons of each and every young person.
Richard works on programmes for the Department for Education, Shell and Barclays. Richard graduated from the University of St Andrews with a 2:1 MA Honours in English and Modern History. Having guided hundreds of young people through the National Citizen Service, Richard joined Hopscotch to help develop educational programmes that bolster the skills of young people both inside and outside of the classroom.
Ifé joins Hopscotch having graduated from the University of Warwick for his BA and completed a MSc at KCL with a year abroad in California en-route. Ifé works across a number of engaging campaigns including the Met Office for Schools and Barclays LifeSkills, working to produce high quality education content and communications. He has previously held positions in both broadcast and print media, after working with young people as part of The Challenge Network and as a teaching assistant.
Eleanor graduated in 2019 from the University of Bristol with a first class honours degree in History. She has a long-standing interest in education, with her most recent experience including teaching English at a children’s camp in Germany, working as a Widening Participation ambassador, and completing an internship at the Young Westminster Foundation. Since starting at Hopscotch, Eleanor has enjoyed getting stuck into projects for LifeSkills created with Barclays and Bupa.
Rosie joins Hopscotch as an intern, having graduated with a BSc Psychology degree from the University of Warwick. Since joining, she has been working on several exciting projects for a range of clients including DfE, HS2 and DP World. Rosie is excited to work on projects that will meaningfully contribute to the lives of young people, and looks to implement her experience of behaviour change.
Nina has over 20 years’ consumer and corporate PR and copywriting experience and has worked with brands and organisations as diverse as Microsoft, Flybe, TOMY, ChildLine and Visa to help bring their stories to life. At Hopscotch, she leads on developing PR campaigns, amplifying the impact and reach of education programmes through media outreach across digital, national, regional and education media.
Strategic & Creative Associate
Ellen is a strategic thinker with extensive experience in developing and coordinating education campaigns. Starting her career as a primary teacher, she has since led education programmes for organisations like Childnet, DfE-funded Kidscape and the Design Museum.
Working with Hopscotch, she combines an in-depth understanding of teaching, with her passion for inspiring positive change in the learning environment.
Jill is an education sector research expert with extensive experience conducting focus groups and running online forums with young people and engaging with a diverse audience of secondary school students to provide insight for the Gatsby Foundation.
Jill is a member of the Market Research Society (MRS), the Independent Consultants Group and has completed MRS-accredited training to become an Advanced Qualitative Practitioner.
Behaviour Change Specialist
Colette is a creative thinker and multi-channel content strategist with a 20-year track record in creating memorable content experiences that reach, engage and activate 'unengaged' audiences.
Her skills include translating complex medical and psychological information and ideas into evidence-based, user-centred experiences that support behaviour change, using the latest consumer engagement techniques.
