Celebrating the impact technicians make everywhere

Where would the world be without technicians? Turns out, not many young people or their parents know. Which is why The Gatsby Foundation asked us to help them design a brand awareness campaign that would shine a light on the valuable contributions technicians make across the nation, every single day.

To show young people and their parents the potential of a technical education and support the opening of an immersive hands-on technician experience at the Science Museum, we helped Gatsby introduce a new campaign narrative and strategy: Technicians, We Make the Difference. From research to brand identity to execution, we worked together to address the gaps in our audiences’ knowledge and build trust in the idea of technical education.

Through over 60 role-focused films and 100 detailed story pages, we bring the variety and diversity of technician opportunities to life. And through a new website, hosting interactive experiences, we also challenge young people to see which technician roles best suit them, whilst building their problem-solving skills.

With resources for young people, parents, teachers and even careers advisors, our campaign, Technicians, We Make the Difference, is changing the national narrative and proving that a technical education can lead to great things.
